Dear Sir

Re: Task Force on Child Protection and the Internet

I am aware of the Home Office Task Force on Child Protection and the Internet (Home Office News Release, 29/03/2001) and also aware that the Task Force started working in relation to issues related to child protection and the Internet.

However, there is no further information published on the Home office website about the activities and the formation of the Task Force. Therefore, please consider this as a request by myself for access to documents in relation to the Home Office Task Force on Child Protection and the Internet held by the Home Office under the terms of the Code of Practice on Access to Government Information.

I am particularly interested with documents showing the formation and members of the Task Force and its related sub-groups. Furthermore, I am also interested to see the background documents and any other documents that has been circulated and developed by the Home Office Task Force on Child Protection and the Internet which are related to shaping up of policy and forthcoming legislation within the UK.

Yours sincerely,

Yaman Akdeniz
